Oregon Inlet Fishing Report May 5, 2014
Fin Planner out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center reports that the tuna bite has become very hit or miss the last few days though the bite can pickup quickly. Gaffer dolphin have been consistent in most recent Oregon Inlet fishing reports and has no signs of letting up. Reports of solid offshore dolphin reports in South Carolina and southern North Carolina show favorable conditions lasting for the foreseeable future.
Oregon Inlet Fishing Report for May 5th have Point Runner also confirming slower yellowfin tuna action over the past couple of days. The were able to land 4 nice yellowfin tuna and secured a limit of tilefish. Seas were a bit choppy through the morning and mid day but laid out in the afternoon. Point Runner expects the solid offshore fishing to continue for the next few days.
